JC is a Certified Public Accountant that has spent over 20 years in the consulting and accounting industries. He has a wide range of business experiences ranging from Human Resources engagements to complicated tax assessments. He spent many years in the public accounting, air transportation, technology, and telecom industries. In addition to earning his CPA Certificates, JC is a Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) and Enrolled Agent (EA).  This rare combination of quantitative (numbers) and qualitative (people) abilities gives the firm’s clients the best strategic viewpoint in today’s economic environment.

Michael Clausell is a Certified Public Accountant with twenty years’ experience in public and managerial accounting. He specializes in not-for-profit accounting, reporting, and compliance engagements. Michael is well versed in the specialized accounting and audit requirements of nonprofit entities and has considerable experience with compliance under Government Auditing Standards, the IRS reporting rules related to Form 990, and the Department of Labor’s Rules and Regulations. Outside of the nonprofit space, he also has a wealth of experience with private industry engagements, working with a number of small and mid-size business owners to meet their tax and financial reporting requirements.
